For Natalie and Brian

My friend Natalie met her soon-to-be husband while playing Ultimate Frisbee.
This commission is to be printed on commemorative frisbees that will be given out to the guests. I was honored to create something special for their big day.

Business card design!

Design complete!
I really had no idea what kind of picture I should put on my card, so I just started drawing a character and seeing what that would turn into.  Not too bad, I think.

kissy face

I drew until I could draw no more.

Today was my last day of classes. School is now in the past tense. Over. I did it and I totally got away with it. Just one week til graduation.

Because stereotyping is fun.

I felt like drawing the typical looking Californian, based on what I've seen the most since living there for 3 years.
I would have made a girl version, but it's basically the same thing.
What do you think? Accurate? Way off? Offensive somehow? I'd like to know peoples opinions.

Up next- the Philadelphian.

Black + color

I did this thing where I drew in front of a black background instead of white. When I wanted to darken, I just erased.  It was a fun little experiment.. makes it look like chalk on a chalkboard.
